本會要聘用此建築師來完成一份
精細的方案設計圖。設計圖必須
清楚地標出崇拜禮堂、教室、廚
房等方位；停車場、室內、外活
動空間及兒童遊樂空間等設計；
並展現出所設計的走廊、樓梯、
電梯、公用盥洗室等。
我們正準備一份合約草案，要
點如下：
下一步 / 合約草案
•
建築師需要有 200 萬美金或以
上的保險，並要承擔所有轉包
的工程責任。如：結構工程、
電路工程、機械工程、景觀美
化工程等。
精細的方案設計圖完成後，理
事會將召開堂議會來取得會眾
的同意。若會眾接受並同意設
計圖，建築案便繼續進行。若
遭否決，建築案便需暫停，本
會與建築師也無任何法責。
從聘用建築師來完成上述的精細
方案設計圖，預估約需三個月。
•
等完整的設計圖完成後，理事會
將再次向會眾呈現此圖。
•
屆時再請進行會眾投票。
建築師須提供本會全盤的服務。
因此交給本會的設計圖必須有
完整的建築圖，各樣詳細的項
目、規格、材料，能讓本會使
用來發給建築承包商來進標，
並給予確定的標價
